It means nothing in isolation.

Basically, Windows had a slow start-up on your computer six months ago and that is a report of what was happening at the time. Such "problems" are identified all the time - even on the most stable of systems. In most cases, some trivial, one-off event caused a few seconds delay in your normal start-up. Unless you have a problem and a whole load of reports pointing to a single cause, it's of no interest.

The fact that you are looking at event logs suggests that you may be trying to sort out a problem. If so, post back with details and someone should be able to help.
