Without knowing your specific usage, it's hard to say whether it suits or whether you'd get more for your money configuring it differently (e.g. is a threadripper more appropriate for your workload, or just a 24 core 5950x, or do you only really need a 5600X?)

Although I'd definitely say it is 'madness' to have such a puny cooler on a CPU like that.

I'd be wanting a H100i Hydro Platinum at least (don't think the 115i will fit in that case)...and probably swap the PCS SSD out for something a lot faster (for not a lot more) like a Samsung 970 (or Samsung 980 Pro or Seagate Firecuda 520 if you're feeling flush).

I'd also consider a higher output PSU to give you a bit more headroom for pushing all those power-hungry chips.

I have parts from my other pc, I have 2 samsung 980s. I will upgrade the cooler though

We love you Ukraine
Do you realise intel are now the really poor choice in CPU's and platforms? AMD are practically double the performance for the same money as well as being more secure. Intel are expensive and poor performers.

And less secure to boot....

If you have 2 Samsung 980’s (assuming M.2) they are likely going to be wasted on an Intel build.

The 980’s are PCIe 4.0 spec, it’s wasting cash buying 4.0 capable drives for Intel builds.

I would definitely upgrade the PSU irrespective of usage, an extra 100w.
