Sorry i know you have made your mind up but you have not got PCS to overclock your CPU and have also selected the 2133MHz ram may i ask why ? just checking this with you because if you overclock yourself and it fails and damages the CPU then you will not be covered under warranty.

Feel free to ask! I am clueless, i just went for the biggest number regarding ram. As for pcs overclocking, if they done that then they couldnt do 5 day turnaround and i need the pc asap.

I am beginning to read up on overclocking and such via the web and custom pc mag so i may try to overclock myself at some stage. It's all a new adventure. I tried building my own pc about 5 years ago and failed as i broke the motherboard while fitting it, so i am a cack handed lump!

For £8 more you could have this specc with 8 gig Ram and a 570gpu. Doesnt give as much flexibility for o/c tho ( lower speed ram and cooling reduced )

You won't see any benefit from the higher clocked RAM unless you OC your CPU

Thanks, in that case i will swap to 4gb of 1600 instead. It saves me £47!

Still won't see any difference XD the 1333 Mhz perform just as well on stock clocks.

just save another £60 by going for the coolermaster 690 case. i will keep the 1600 ram, not changing again otherwise pcs will have a fit!

ive saved £100 by changing ram and the case so i'm happy with that!:winkiss:
