Weird Screen glitch

Hello, i had this issue for awhile now and i have no idea what it could be. I've updated all my drivers, checked cables and nothing seems to fix the issue.
The weird flickering starts only when i startup my PC and then it fades away after a few minutes then it doesn't come back until i turn my PC on.

Just need some of your help to try help me figure out what the hell it can be :S Thanks.

I would suggest it's the monitor rather than the computer. Can you test with another monitor or the monitor on another PC/laptop?
