-More emotions, it would be nice if there were a wider range of ones to use. I think these ones are free: http://www.big-boards.com/smileys.php#
-Remove the 10 character minimum on posts, it's just kind of annoying sometimes

Maybe remove the limit for certain usergroups.
Vbulletin has the ability to add people to usergroups after so many posts. That way the veteren members and thhose that help out on th eboard can take advantage of this and not forum bots.
