We’d probably not recommend buying right now as the 50-series GPUs are coming soon (5080/5090 in just over a week, 5070/5070Ti sometime in Feb).

But to say whether the GPU level is suitable, we’d need to know your monitor specs (make & model, or resolution & refresh rate).

Some comments in general though…
  • The 9800X3D is the best CPU for gaming
  • The Strix X870 motherboard is overpriced for basically a renamed B650 board - the Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite is higher level for less cash, or the TUF X870 is cheaper again and of a similar spec to the Strix
  • Sweet spot for AM5 RAM is 6000MHz, and is usually around the same price
  • There’s not a lot of case choices at the moment, but a Corsair 5000 case offers a decent amount more space for airflow and aesthetics (so components don’t look squeezed in) and has plenty of room for future upgrades
  • PSU is ’sufficient’ for the current build, but offers no room for a GPU upgrade - the newer ATX3.1 850w model would be better, but the 1200W RMx Shift version covers all bases
  • We’re not fans of the latest Samsung SSDs due to the way Samsung ran faulty firmware for months which destroyed drives - this is now solved, but they don’t deserve their premium pricing; our preference would be a smaller 512GB-1TB Solidigm P44 Pro as the boot drive, and a second large drive for the game installs (2TB Solidigm P41 or 2TB Corsair MP600)
  • PCS liquid coolers don’t have the best reputation, and we tend to recommend a 240/280mm Corsair option
  • FINALLY…remove Norton - it should never go anywhere near any PC

So the 16gb 4070Ti Super or new 5070/5070Ti level would be perfect (y)

Of course if the prices are close you’d obviously go for the 16gb 5070Ti

Unfortunately I can't go with a bigger case because my desk is small so the one selected is the only one I can get and it's not showing an option for the 4070 ti and I didn't really wanna get anything higher. Tysm for the help

Sorry, was just using 4070Ti as shorthand for the 4070Ti Super…as the Super replaced the other 4070 versions (4070 replaced by 4070 Super, 4070Ti replaced by 4070Ti Super).
