Before I ask a silly question of PCS regarding a recent RMA of mine,
If you have got the Silver/Gold/Platinum warranty that includes collection costs for RMA's does anyone know if that also covers the peripherals (keyboards etc.)?
It seems for some parts PCS will offer an advance replacement (ie they will send the replacement before expecting the return from me) but for others (keyboard for instance) its 'standard' where they will receive the faulty item before repairing/replacing it. As I have the platinum warranty, does that not mean PCS can/will arrange to collect my faulty item from me? Or does it only cover items which are 'advance replacement'?
