Waiting Patiently For New PC

I ordered a desktop on Nov 25th and it still has status "Pre-Production". That is 14 days (10 working days). Should I be concerned yet ?

Yesterday I phoned but gave up after queuing for 10 minutes.
I then spoke to someone on the Live Chat, but could get no details. All I got in response was that it can take up to 13 working days for dispatch.

All I really want to know is that there are no problems with my order and that it is getting near the top of the queue.

Hi sinky,

just had a look at your spec and I can see that we are waiting for a case delivery. Current ETA on the delivery is tomorrow so all being well you should begin to see progress either tomorrow or early next week from there on it should progress really quickly as long as there are no problems with the hardware.

I find this strange as I was asked to choose a different case due to the Coolmaster 310 being out of stock. Are you now telling me the Coolmaster 430 is also out of stock ?

Which case will I get ?

Hi, I'm in the same situation as sinky, ordered my desktop the same day, 25th and got the mail about changing case, the mail said i could wait for the 310 that was due in 6/12/10 or swap it, I also swapped it for the 430 and in "Pre-Production".

As you have swapped to the 430 that will be the case you receive.

If you require additional information regarding the delay I would recommend calling our support team on 0844 499 4000.

EXACT same problem here and to change my case. i ordered on 22nd though and still in pre-production. also tried ringing earlier and all i got was some funny beeping sound then line would go dead. getting slightly irritated :/
