Ive had thes laptop with pretty much the same configuration as you except I have a 2060 in it and have not been very happy with it, so I googled what other people thought and was surprised when I rea your review.
I agree with most of it but I dont know what was your experience with overheating but for me it was and still is an big issue, when I play games the laptop vóverheats like crazy, thermal throttles noticeaby and sometimes just turns of the screen for a second or two, it has been doing that since the beginning so IDK, this also makes the fans loud as hell all the time.
My second big issue is that the battery life is, well, pathetic. Even with everything turned down, battery saving mode on I can only get like 50 minutes of web browsing, maybe one hour.
I dont know, maybe I should have sent it back but when I could but I culdnt be without a PC for a few weeks due to having to work and do schoolwork on it. Now its ofc out of warranty so I cant do anything about it.
