Vyper III RMA

Hey all,
I'm here to listen for suggestions of what I can do.
My Vyper III laptop had completely died (shut down and wouldn't turn on) a bit more than a month ago and I requested a RMA, as part of warranty as the laptop is 8 months old.
So, my laptop had been with Pcspecialist for more than a month and the only thing that they can say, it's that they are very busy and that they will have a look at it as soon as they have the availability.
And I totally understand that they must be on a high work load.
However, I am paying a high price, because I don't have the computer I am being harmed, mainly in work.
I really need my laptop back.
I don't really know what to do.
I sent a email asking for a refund if they can't fix my laptop, but has not heard from them.

Thanks in advance for your attention and time!

All you can do really mate is keep putting pressure on them but make sure you are reasonable and level headed about it.
If you are unhappy with the service you are receiving I would raise a detailed level headed complaint and send it to

enquiries@pcspecialist.co.uk. Make sure the subject is "Official Complaint".

Hey, Thanks for the attention mate!
To be fair I always think about it, trying my best to choose the words to not be rude or anything like that.
I will try the complaint channel.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Just so that everyone knows, we have in the past been advised by PCS that the ONLY email address for PCS that can be published on here is [email protected], any other email addresses posted here will be edited or deleted. Thanks for your understanding.

According to their website now if you have complaint you should write to the enquiries email but put the heading FORMAL COMPLAINT.

The forum administrator has just told us that the above is the official complaints procedure and this is where we should direct questions or advice on complaints. However, he didn't put an absolute ban on the use of the complaints emails address but cautioned that he didn't want it 'overly advertised'.

My advice would be that whenever advising someone to complain that we always use the process detailed on the website (shown above). If someone is still having difficulties getting a response then the complaints address can be suggested - though I personally would prefer that is done via PM. :)

That sounds fair enough (y)

Thanks all for the attention and help.
I have received a follow up from Pcspecialist saying that they have my laptop on the table for the work, so let's wait a bit to see what happens.
Otherwise I will use the right channel for the complaints.

Cheers!

I really hope my laptop isn’t there this long but glad to see you’ve got something being sorted.
