Vyper III 15.6 track pad issues again

Apologies before hand if another thread like this exists. I got my new vyper III last week and on the whole its a decent laptop but the tracking pad has been plagued with issues ever since I first got the laptop I removed the protective sticker yesterday and it was fine but since this morning I have only been able to use the top left corner of the pad to move the cursor. Any ideas? Would it be wise to phone up PCS again?

I don't see any issues with the settings off the touchpad.

I would uninstall it via Device Manager, reboot, and then run Windows Update to reinstall the right driver. If the doesn't help I'd phone PCS.

I have had issues where the cursor keeps freezing and unable to use trackpad unless it tap it to turn it off and back on. I have just been given the advice below by tech support

go into 'Tech support' -> 'Downloads' and reinstall this file 09_SERIALIO_W10.zip

lets see if that works
