Votex IV questions

I was looking at the specs of the vortex IV and I noticed two things I didn't understand: the graphics cards (gtx 970m and 980m) had lots of VRAM (6gb and 8gb). Why do they have so much VRAM, and does this effect performance and lifetime. There was also no approximate battery life so if anyone knows roughly how much battery it could you please tell me. Thanks for any answers.

If you click the interrogation sign next to the battery option in the configutstor. Why do they have so much VRAM? You need to ask NVIDIA .Some recent games seem to be using more than 4gb gram

I want to play games like COD BO3 and far cry and maybe fallout so will it be worth it to get more VRAM for games like this?

you should be looking at the GPU model not the vram. The gtx 980m would be the best gaming GPU to get.
