Vortex VI performance issues (Insight would be wonderful) - New Laptop

So, I just got the below Laptop Wednesday and the performance has been quite dodgy.
Games have extremely low FPS, Screen stuttering.. I'm sure I installed the drivers.

I'm currently resetting the laptop.

Any help? I may have missed Var files because i couldn't extract them so I plan on installing the drivers on the website in order again, and making sure i don't miss one.

I've installed everything and it seems to be running better.

However, after toggling with in-game graphic options in World of Warcraft it would just have a black flicker.
Maybe because I'm still downloading it.

More importantly, I'm missing the Control Centre Application now so I can't view my temps or configure my GPU modes etc.

Help would be amazing

Without control center, the laptop isn't fully configured and won't run properly, just need to install it.

How do i install it? I don't have it on my computer at all. Should i contact PCS and get them to send it to me?

So I've gone onto the website and used my model (p870dm2-G) But the link(s) for the control centre aren't opening to a page. "cannot reach this page". I'm using Microsoft Edge as the browser.

I'm so close! .. yet so far away.

Any suggestions?

Microsoft Edge was the problem. Always wanted to support Microsoft with their browser(s) but I'maways let down by something in the end. Back to Chrome!

Hopefully this sorts out the performance! Fingers crossed.
