Vortex III gpu change

Hi,

I was wondering how hard is it to change the gpu of the vortex III?
Ive changed the gpu and other components for a desktop before but I know this is a completely different game so was just wondering if it easy or hard.

Would this void the warranty if I attempt to change a component?

Changing the GPU is relly simple, just be carefull when aplying thermal paste- but there are tons of tutorials how to do that.
But I would also like to know how is it with waranty as I want to change my 7970m for a gtx680, as it is not performing like it should with muxless enduro technology implemented..

Warranty would only be void if you cause any damage to the laptop while installing a component.I wouldn't say it's a simple job to change the GPU in a laptop.

It's towards the back pannel . It's realy not abig deal, you just pull it out like RAM.

At 6:15 hes pulling the gpu out and than back in with the termal paste application..

Those are the same clevo units like Vortex's are.

Wow thanks, video was awesome, now to see if I can install the card,

The other videos I looked at you had to go thru the keyboard and stuff and kinda seems over complicated. This one is just remove 2 pieces. Gotta see if my laptop is the same I guess
