Vortex II graphics card issues after RMA

I posted this on the technical support forum however no one seems to read that forum so might as well post it here.

So around one week ago my screen went back while playing a game. It works when I go back to safe mode and no driver is installed, however as soon as I install a driver I get a black screen right after Windows finishes loading or a blue screen, again right after windows is finished loading.

Now I got a RMA from pcspecialist and it said that it replaced my graphics card because it had a issue, and they also said they did a burnin test that ran for 16 hours without fault. I just received my RMA back and at first it seems okay, however after 20 MINUTES, yes, TWENTY MINUTES it did the exact same thing. and now I have columns of horizontal blue lines on my screen which appear to be a RAM issue. It also ran HOT for a new card, at about 60 degrees celsius before this happened. I just lost a week and a half of my time on this RMA and this didn't fix it, as well as the 35 quid for the courier.

Needless to say I'm very much annoyed. Looking forward to another two weeks off probably because of the damned two day bank holidays next week.

Please contact the call centre as soon as you can tomorrow, sorry i cant be much help as i cant see your order right now and don't work in that area all i can do is apologise, and i'm sure our support staff will do everything in there power to get this issue sorted asap.

Hey Onasi,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
You did get a reply from the tech support area, and any other post you have made. Did you contact Tech support again? I would prob at this stage just call them and get it sorted, as could go round and round looking for an answer but if your computer was running for 20 min with no issues and then crashed we would need more information to try help resolve it, but as it was already RMA'd and you still have an issue I would suggest you simply call PCS again and try get it sorted. I am fully confident they will help get the issue sorted asap for you.
