Received my laptop after only ordering Thursday evening so thanks for the speedy service....
Everything seems to be fine, had a couple of issues fitting a Samsung ssd into the dvd holder, and i must admit the blanking plate with "dvd writter" did confuse me at first.
Installed home professional from MSDN and whilst installing the long list of drivers i could hear a high pitch noise emanating from within the laptop, i could not tell where abouts it was coming from but its very obvious and distracting. Is there anything i could check or adjust to see wheres it coming from? It seemed to change pitch as it was installing or "working" so i guess it could be cpu fan?
