Hey all.
I posted a while back (when I got my computer) about some problems I was having. One of them is still continuing, and I thought it would be best to get everything in one place to see if I can get any more help.
The problem is that the front two USB ports on my computer don't work. Both of these are USB 3.0, whilst the rear ones are USB 2. The rear ports are all working perfectly.
PLugging anything into the ports results in no response whatsoever.
I have installed the latest drivers, both off the supplied disk and from Intel's website.
The ports appear in the Device Manager...I think. Attached a screenshot. I dont honestly know what the stuff there means, but USB 3.0 is mentioned. If that's not it then I would guess that the ports have become disconnected?
The specific PC build is: http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/quotes/intel-ivy-bridge-pc/Gq08jrfNr3/
