I play online multiplayer games like COD Warzone on my machine however it does not run smoothly unless I have most settings on low. It also lags a bit if I try to stream my gameplay or my screen.

I want to be able to play with all settings on high, and be able to stream and have plenty of power leftover. I want to be able to have programs open and running, while gaming and streaming without causing issues with performance.

I obviously made a mistake on disk space too.

How would you update this build to solve my problems above and future proof my machine?

Kind regards
Steven

Ok. I would be interested to hear what others think too.

If it does turn out that a new system would be more economical - I would love some suggestions. I want a system that isn't going to leave me limited. I want to be able to game, stream the game play and have programs running in the background that I can run on my second monitor. All without any lag or issues.

What monitor are you pairing it with, what resolution and refreshe rate? Is it just the one in that build?

For gaming, there wouldn't be a problem with that build, but it's not suitable for streaming as well, you'd need a new build for that.

What's your budget for a new system?

Well, I know i need a better monitor. for suuuure. I am not getting the benefit of PC gaming playing on low settings and crappy monitor.

In an ideal world I could update my existing kit to get top specs and performance. I wouldn't like to spend a fortune but I am in a position that I could if I needed to.

Without knowing a budget it’s impossible to advise

I don't understand what the problem is.

I am smart with my money and dont want to overpay for a system I don't need. Thats being said I want the best value I can get.

I have advised I have no upper limit. I am just looking for recommendations on the best value upgrades that will meet my desired requirements. I am sure you wouldnt be recommending me a 10k+ machine if my budget allowed it - if I didnt need it based on my needs?

Depending on budget depends on what quality of system you get, weather it's 1080p, 1440p, 4k, and what refresh rate, 60Hz, 144Hz, 240Hz, then you need a screen to match, if you're looking at 4k, that's between £600 to £1200, if you're at 1080p that's between £120 and £300.... there are too many variables to work towards without knowing a budget ceiling.

We strictly request this because we've been here many times where we build a system and then the person says "but can't I cut the cost somehow" and it just wastes everyones time.

If you're truly looking at no budget limit then we'll do a 4k 144Hz or Superwide system, but that will set you back many thousands of pounds.

Just working out if you appreciate what you're saying when you say no upper limit.
