Unable to complete configure process on website

Hi,

I'm going through the website to configure a laptop, but whenever I get to 'proceed' I get a warning saying I have selected 'other european countries' and my delivery method is not suitable (standard mainland UK).

Halp! I definitley am not selecting 'other european countries' anywhere !


Could it have something to do with geo-location of IP address?

No idea, that is a strange one. If you're certain all the settings in the configurator show as UK / Mainland UK (I thought there was only the one place where you could select Europe) then you shouldn't have that problem, I'd probably suggest trying to get in touch with PCS directly to discuss this over the phone to get something sorted.

What sort of PC are you trying to configure? I was going to see if I got the same error - could be a bug on the site?

I was looking at the defiant II 14", just bumped up the CPU, memory to 32GB and chose a 500GB Evo SSD, no office or antivirus.

I can't actually see anywhere on the page that I could select 'other european countries' - The only similar element is the delivery options dropdown, hence why I thought it may be something to do with geolocating ip's in the background.
