I am trying to reset my password with uplay but I can't. Once an email is sent and a link is provided I need to enter the new password but I keep getting the message "the form has expired. please enter the details again". It doesn't matter what password I enter (caps on, numbers and different combinations). Any help will be appreciated.

Yeah having the exact same issue here I contacted their ubisoft's email haven't replied yet. Definitely an issue on their side will reply if they sort it out.

I've just managed to do it... might be worth trying again in a wee bit? Clear your cache or something ;)

Nah its definitely there issue I have tried everything from different password with lower upper and numbers in all combinations tried to resend the the request about 10 times now. Tried it on different internet connections and even on my phone and had no luck its their issue. I wish they just used steam instead of the terrible programming/scripting these publishers try to attempt.

Same here, I don't have the email they originally sent to change the password either so I can't try that.

You tried going through the "I've forgot my password" link?

As I said, I tried it last night and it worked straight away, so unless its an issue with specific accounts I'm stumped as to what could be causing it.

Yes I did, 10 times. I received an email with a link, that's where I get the error message after entering a new password.

uPlay is probably the worst service I've encountered and its not needed, Ubisoft do not have a big enough game catalogue to warrant their own service, unlike EA who have a lot more. All I've had is problems with Uplay.

It always slows down my games as well when it is updating progress to their servers and I don't want to see my total number of uplay point thingies every time i close the game. Will be boycotting Ubisoft from here on out
