Two graphics cards for two monitors?

Hi

Wondered if anyone can tell me if the below config looks ok please?

I use my PC for gaming (Rust, Ark, Minecraft), recording gameplay and video editing using Premier Pro.

I have two monitors (Samsung C27F396FHU 27” Full HD Curved Black computer monitor) Would I also be better off with two Graphics cards?

My budget is about £1100 without vat or £1300 with.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Can you provide the configurable link to your spec (its at the bottom of the page you copy/pasted the above from).

Regards two GPUs, unless you have a specific use-case there's no point in using 2 GPU's in almost all PCs these days. You are almost always better off getting a single higher spec GPU than using two lesser GPUs. Certainly for 'driving the monitors' you don't need two GPUs.

My opinion is you won't need Norton, windows defender is more than adequate. I'd also consider upping the warranty to the silver warranty.

A bit of information about your spec.
The CPU you have selected is 10th series which is very out of date (now on 12 series)
32GB RAM is probably overkill and the money could definitely be better spent within your budget.
450W PSU is insufficient for you existing spec let alone any future upgrades.
The WIFI card you have selected is out of date.
I have no experience with that cooler but my guess is it would be sufficient as long as the case you select has decent airflow.

Others may disagree but for your price point I would go with the following which I believe would give you a much improved experience.

I've updated the CPU, changed the wifi card, removed the Norton and added the silver warranty.

When you say higher spec GPU, is 6GB enough? Maybe 8GB is worth it for the extra £?

I've changed the power supply to a 550w. It says I only need a 450w? I don't plan to upgrade but you never know I guess.

Is 32GB RAM enough for 4k video editing with premier pro?

There is much more to a GPU than the VRAM amount mate

For example the 8GB 3060TI is significantly more powerful than the 12GB 3060. It's important to understand the how these things are named and what they are good at

Ok cheers. Right now I'm looking into the 6GB 2060 because apparently it's, in fact, better than the 8GB 3050 that I was initially looking into. Does that sound about right?
