Edit: The second one is probably better and worth getting if you need all those other things mouse, monitor etc.

2nd one, it has a PCI card, (use that up first, not PCI express) You dont need soundcard for gaming and other stuff, only for music production really.

X4 970 is a great cpu, GPUs more important for gaming.

Stick to one 6870, you can buy the second later.

Upgrade the PSU to an HX1000W

OMG, I think I'm actually learning something hanging around here! When I saw the build I thought "better order the PCI card not the PCIe, so you can use up the 'old legacy' slot first and have the PCIe free for future upgrades"....and they say you can't teach an old dog new tricks ;)
