turn on keyboard backlight

I can't get the keyboard LED backlights to come on. The lights illuminate during start-up and then go out so I know they are working. I have been trying to switch them on using the Fn + / * - keys but no success. Is there another method of turning them on? All suggestions welcome.

You’re drivers look hugely out of date.

If you haven’t done so since you’ve had it, it’s well past a clean install anyway.

I wouldn’t bother troubleshooting, I’d just do a clean install and start from a clean base.

Control center is a master driver, it can’t operate if windows isn’t configured

Is there any reason you're not upgrading to windows 11?
