So, this morning my mini desktop bought from here about 3 1/2 years ago (sadly out of warranty) stopped booting, it has an external powersupply, a really dodgy looking chinese model with no power light to indicate that its working or not.
There is a slight rattling sound when shaken so I suspect it to be the culprit.
This is the exact model, AADA01280 to be specific, supplied with mini pcs about 3-4 years ago:

Does PC specialist sell these separately, or will any 12v 8a power supply bought off ebay work? Another thing I am concerned about is the output plug not fitting into the back of the PC, are these generally a standard size, wherever you buy from, or is there a specific size that is needed?
Absolute nightmare trying to source a replacement currently, would really appreciate any help or knowledge on the topic.
Thanks!
- Mark
