Can you post your full specs?

Thanks for the advice mate ,was going for the 2060 super for a couple of years down the line can probably go above the budget a little. Couple of questions-
1. Everywhere I've looked says SSD storage is better for gaming does it matter what order they're in? As you've put hhd as first stored drive ?
2. I'll probably need speakers for the monitor as I usually game without headphones but haven't really looked around yet also hoping for 1440p in future am I better having a look on Amazon or anywhere else?
3. Is the standard amd cooler ok if I go with the rtx 2060 super?
4. Also can I upgrade all these specs in future ?

That's what I have for a desktop so far mate, don't really know much about it, just what I've researched the last couple of days, so just trying to get as much info as possible as it's a lot of money and I don't want to mess it up. Thanks.

Read the first post in the link. It's about posting the full spec, it makes it easy for people to help you change your spec.

To your questions:

Wi-Fi: that card will be fine for the distance from the hub...people use them on different floors of a house etc.

Wires: That monitor, from what I can find out, which was not easy (not 100% guaranteed) comes with a HDMI cable. However, from my understanding, using HDMI will limit it to 60Hz which would defeat the purpose of buying it.....so, I have included a DisplayPort cable in the spec which will allow the full 144Hz

Just to be aware: The monitor doesn't have in-built speakers (neither did the AOC monitor you chose in your spec) so you will either need to use headphones/headset or have external speakers (or a Hi-Fi if that has AUX inputs so you can connect to the PC)

The spec I posted also allows for a 1440p upgrade in future if you so wished (just get a 1440p monitor, get a 1440p level graphics card and swap it in). Motherboard allows the option for a CPU upgrade

Thanks for the advice mate few quick questions-
1. Everywhere I've looked says SSD is better for gaming so does it matter what order theyre in as you've put hhd first?
2. Is the standard amd cooler ok if I go with 2060 or 2060 super?
3. I'll probably try and get a monitor with speakers as I usually game without should I just shop around for that?
4. Can I upgrade these specs in future?
Thanks 👍

The 2060 Super is pretty pointless for 1080p gaming (sometimes the 2060 non-Super can just about be recommended for specific scenarios such as flight sims). I run a 2060S on a 1440p 75Hz monitor and it is just right. You would be better going with the 1660S for now then, when you upgrade the monitor, upgrade the GPU then (the 2060S would also limit you to 1440p 75Hz as it is not enough for 144Hz at that level). GPUs will be massively better by then as well (new GPUs coming in Spetember/October are set for up to 40% performance increase on current cards..imagine what they will be like in a year or 2)

1) The faster drive is an M2 drive so it has it's own dropdown box but, no, it doesn't matter as PCS will always put the OS on the fastest drive unless you tell them otherwise;
2) You will likely get a wider range of speaker choice on another site but it's up to you.
3) The cooler isn't affected by GPU choice as it cools the CPU. I run a 3600 with the stock cooler and a 2060S with no issue

Ok thanks for the advice mate.
