Hello,

With the recent announcement that windows 11 will be releasing they have set a requirement that the machine must have TPM 2.0 set and enabled.

After running the health check on my machine it has advised TPM 2.0 is not enabled, is there anyway a custom built machine from PCS can have this enabled I have put the machines specs below;

Hi, a lot of motherboards made from around 2015 onwards have TPM functionality and they would need turned on in BIOS. It's a good first step to make sure that you don't already have it. See below video on how to check, I simply had to enable it in BIOS and it's worked for me but your mileage may vary as they say

To be honest I'd just wait before rushing ahead and doing anything, with the current need for TPM 2 this cuts out many many desktop users aka customers for Microsoft, so they may well change things anyway

As @Rakk says no real rush as things may change and you've got till 2025 anyway

I'm locking this thread. Please reply to the existing thread linked above. We don't want a plethora of Windows 11 and TPM threads.
