Hi,
I'm now into my 13th working day after ordering and have been 9 days since I went into 'pre production' - is this normal?
I thought pre production was usually a week?
I have emailed asking if all is ok (2 days ago) but have had no reply as of yet.
Dont want to moan and bug PCS but I'm straight from a 3 month mightmare with Kobalt and this is how that kind of started !!!
Hope for some kind of reply today, I'd rather know either way tbh, even if its bad news.
Many thanks
Chris

Pre production is the longest phase, it can mean that your build is in a queue or that they are waiting for parts. Whenit does move into 'building' it goes through very quickly then.

Hopefully you will get a reply soon.

We will dispatch you order as quickly as possible. Apologies for the delay. :)

email them, they will tell you if a part isnt in stock and when its expected in. then you will have a time frame, as poker face says once true to building it flies
