If you are planning in overclocking the cpu I would go with at least the h80i, faster hard drive like the xaviar black and an SSD if you can afford it as the primary drive. I think the case and fan controller is overkill for your spec, I would go with a smaller case and drop the fan controller.

I'd ditch the extras like fan controller and extra chassis fans and go for a better GPU.

If you have any extra room id like to see at least a 970, I know fsx is more CPU related but it cant hurt to have a slightly better GPU if your using real world graphics packs etc.

Are you already at the top end of your budget?
