There's no sensitive way of putting this: I would change every single significant component in that build! (Except the WiFi card. The WiFi card is fine.)

Let's start with the purpose of the build. If you're looking at gaming and office work (as opposed to, say, streaming/video production/etc), then that's quite simple. Make the best gaming build you can for the budget and it will handle anything office related without even thinking about it.

The key for 4k 144Hz is to get a 3080. The 3060Ti is fine for 1440p, but to max out 4k 144Hz, a 3080 is where you need to be. Now you want a processor to go with it and you want it to be AMD: they offer far better performance (and everything else) than Intel right now. If all you are doing is gaming, you can get away with a six-core 5600X, but to be honest I'd probably go for a 5800X with 8 cores in the expectation that multi-core performance will get more important for gaming over the lifetime of this computer. Then you need an X570 motherboard, speedy RAM, a storage layout with two M.2 SSDs and an HDD (Samsung 980 for your OS, Samsung 970 for games, HDD for long-term storage), a strong power supply and a much better AIO cooler. Finally, I've put it in the Corsair 220T, which is excellent, though the Lian Li you chose is probably not a long way off.

You haven't mentioned a budget and I've gone about 10% over the original cost of yours. You could save a bit with the 5600X and a lesser cooler, but I think that might well be a false economy... The storage could also be made cheaper (a 500GB 970 and a 1TB PCS M.2 would be an excellent choice, albeit not quite as absurdly fast).
