Think DHL lost my RMA

Basically I requested an RMA and sent the package back through DHL you guys paid for it. which was 2 days ago. Now normally I wouldnt be worried but when I checked the status on package it just says Parcel Picked Up. I live approx 1 hour away from the first depo it useally goes to. Now I will wait till friday before I do anything but I am wondering my options

As you paid for next day delevery which techinally means you should of already got it which I know you havent.

I will wait till friday just give them room for error or website not updating but again wondering my options.

Hello, I have had a look at our internal dhl tracking portal and current eta to us is the 8th April. So no reason to worry just yet. The package is coming from Northern Ireland so it is a 48 hour journey not next day.

Yeah N.Ireland it was picked up on tuesday but yeah hopefully it gets there just wondering why the JD tracking is not being updated. but good to know what will happen if worse does happen.

Well lets hope by monday the package arrives as JD tracking just tells me parcel is picked up 3 days ago and your site says awating collection. If not with you guys in monday I will phone PCS up as its kinda freaking me out lol that the JD tracking number just says they came to my house and picked the parcel up If I go by the tracking number it never left his van or made it to a single depo.
