...And I don't want to go back!

Considering I've come to the conclusion that the computer case would do well to double as a 'spaceship', or an aircraft of sorts, I may see if I can find the flying city of Columbia. :D

I'd say I've had a fair bit of time to use my new computer and get to know it a bit better. It's been eating up so much of my time with all of the things I've had to catch up on, from what I'd be doing already on various websites to modern gaming, not to mention updates in general.

The computer took a total of 13 working days from confirmation of payment (payed directly via instant bank transfer, and confirmed early the next morning) to be built and dispatched. And from that time I managed to not once alter the order at all! :D

The computer works great, and I'm more than happy with how PCS handle all of this. The only problem (If you can even call it a problem) from PCS I had was that the Homeplugs I ordered weren't with the whole order on delivery of the computer - I Emailed them about it and they told me the Homeplugs were out of stock and was easily resolved within a single Email, some time after I receive an Email and text detailing the dispatch. The second Homeplug wasn't dispatched, but PCS once again resolved this swiftly and both of them, on both times were sent out on next day delivery via Royal mail, so I am very grateful for how quickly they work to resolve issues and how quickly they work to get your things to you, even fairly minor things like the above.

I don't have a bad thing to say about PCS and in future when I plan to buy upgrades/new computers, PCS will be #1 on the list. I don't feel I am exaggerating by saying I'd rate five stars, based on how quickly they work to build and test rigs, the dispatch and competence in customer support, considering high customer traffic. A great example for businesses everywhere to take note of!

Thanks to those who helped me and beared with me through my majorly indecisive choices on the forum, which must have changed over thirty times, which very first started out as a rig to cost £1000 for gaming and majorly jumped up in spec/price, to drop by a hefty amount once more.

Also PCS, and those who gathered/built/tested/etc:

Built By James Dransfield
Tested By Zbear Ramzan
QC'd By Anthony Cunliffe
Packed By Anthony Cunliffe

Fairly short review, but I didn't want to not leave anything at all. So all in all, happy with the PC, how helpful the forum members are, and PCS for the dedication and hard work.

Nice work. Don't know how you resisted updating during the pre production stage. I'm paid weekly, so midway through my order my specs took a hefty leap. Im building a pc right now on the super cheap, and as a learning experience. Its good to know that i undoubtedly have the absolute best value for money parts, but the safety blanket of the quick phone call is gone. I have to deal with individual manufacturers warranties, the dreaded POST and excruciatingly precise mother board manuals. Yikes. Its actually convinced me to renew my warranty when November runs around, I'd pay a lot more than that will cost too.

I think at that point I was just content with what I had and after numerous times of researching what I actually need for how I want to use the computer, what I chose was a great settling point and I tried to force myself not to go over the 1.5k mark, which turned out successful with the final decision, and surprisingly easy considering my indecisive nature. :) Just wanting the computer to finally be here after how long I was planning to get a new one and saving for it may have been a major factor. :D

:/ I can see why you would want to keep upgrading with weekly payments. Haha

Speaking of manuals, when the computer came and I opened the wlecome pack, I almost lost the will to go on with all the things there were to read. xD

Yeah, it was a quick glance at the quick start guide for me before my headlong charge for Steam. Its only now reading my manual that i found out about remote use for my desktop using my nexus tab, or about my fan control, all of which is there clear as day about 2 chapters in.
