From other threads it comes with a 220mm led side fan that you could replace.

I have to ask why lol? you could just buy a new fan? theres plenty of 200-230mm led fans on the market.

Another question, does the fan have to be 220mm or can it be between 200-230mm?

You could email PCS for an official response but I would assume it has to be 220mm, from pictures on the website it seems that you could add 2 smaller fans in the side panel rather than a 220mm.

I'm afraid you will have to either ask PCS that, or wait and see when the rig comes, It depends on the case really. Will try and find out for ya mate.
