they should already be installed all you gotta do it download and install current patches to the drivers that you have etc
so yea thats probably all you gotta do like with most pre built machines you buy just install drivers coz they install them to test the machine to see if it works and keep them on them probably i can check that within the week or begining of next week when mine gets deliviered that i ordered last sunday :)

but 90% sure they do install
