Thanks for my perfect 3 year old laptop

Hi, i'm posting this to show how great the pcspecialist laptops are. 3 years ago this month i bought an Optimus V with the following specs:

Sound Card Intel 2 Channel High Definition Audio + MIC/Headphone Jack

I eventually also purchased a new wireless card to enable 5 GHz, i also bought the hard drive caddy to replace my DVD drive of my laptop. I put my 1tb hard drive in that caddy and bought another ssd as i realised 120gb isn't enough.

I have opened up my laptop many times to clean out the dust and replace the thermal paste and that was easy as you only have to remove 3 screws to get to nearly everything in the laptop swap-able. I have had this laptop for 3 years now and not once has it failed. In the same month i bought it i did counter the issue of having a dead pixel and i wasn't able to send it back, but that was my fault as i didn't purchase the dead pixel guarantee, it was so small it didn't bother me anyways. This laptop has served me gaming nearly daily and pushing the laptop to the edge all the time for 3 years. Not once has it had any issues and i have recommended everyone i know to purchase a pc specialist laptop as it will not let them down. The only issue i have ever had with my laptop is the fact that the chassis has a heating issue. This is because if you choose the best processor and graphics card, they both generate a decent amount of heat and they share one copper pipe and small fan with only one intake. This means the laptop does indeed thermal throttle a lot but, it's not an issue as the laptop is still quick enough to operate well even during these thermal throttling times. I am due an upgrade, but i refuse to upgrade till this laptop dies, and i don't think that day will ever come.

This month, keeping in mind my warranty was over, i realised i had lost a lot of screws on the bottom of my laptop from vibrations over the years, which i thought was fair enough. I called pcspecialist up, was greeted by an adviser and i explained the issue to them and and the adviser went to ask a technician. When he came back he told me he would send out the screws for no fee, not even having to pay for shipping!! This is even without my warranty which is amazing and i love the support PCSpecialist provide, especially the fact that you are allowed to open up your laptop, perform upgrade and change things without voiding your warranty.

Thanks PCSpecialist!
