Call them if you want to know, I'm sure they'll tell you. I'm quite sure PCS are making absolutely certain it's all working properly before they ship it. The last thing you or they want is to have to RMA it because they weren't thorough enough.![]()
well seams in my case they are either over testing or forgot to send damn thing, my PC has status ''awaiting dispatch'' for TWO weeks now, im calling em on monday, if i dont get pc by friday i might as well cancel the order, waiting over a month by next friday. and they want money first. so yeah. not so happy over here.![]()
well, i ordered it just before chirstmass and (they got my money on 15.12.2017), i understand they probably have less men avaible and all, but waiting over 2 weeks now is not okay anymore, not to mention i paid arm and leg for it and i have to pay shiping costs too. so yea. not happy at all.
well i called. and they are waiting STILL, on surge protector i included in order. srsly. could email and ask, can we send without it. but no, without notification and nothing. they should send it to me today without it. and by the way, when something is not avaible in stock, then they should tell costumer stright away and not pulling stunts like this.
i talked with em after they got the money, it was unclear to em what GPUs i ordered cause on website they had mistake and had 2 1080 gpus in list, one with 8gb vram and other with 11gb. so they had look into my order and knew my parts and everything, at that point their system show em, what is avaible and what not, it was not mentioned to me nothing is out of stock. i hope u understand now. they played a game probably hoping they will get the part fast and it wont take long, i could understand that cause i know how those things work. experienced person would call or send email at least and mention to me ''by the way 1 part is missing want to wait on it or should we send without it'' its logical sense to me. im not paying anything extra, this one is on em btw.
when i was dealing with DELL, i was getting phone call spam when ever something changes in order, is pc still on assembly line, is it ready to ship, when i will get it, when i got it they called and asked is everything okay and so on. here if u dont make moves nothing happens seams, lady on phone is probably cut from em (im not in england) so she has no idea untill costumer calls and asks wth is going on. pointing fingers on me now saying basicly its my fault is not okay also, i dont have to do anything, its their job to menage this kind of situations and be prepared for em. i dont have to do literally anything.
yes, i had one email from em, recived it at 1h in the morning at sunday the 24th (want screen shoot?), it sounded like automated email and i didnt pay much atention to it. it said, there were some difficulties in test phase and they apologise, at monday or thusday not sure, status changed to ''ready to dispatch'' and after that i was sure everything is set and go since its ''ready'' for dispatch. under such conditions i cant connect two and two with missing part, if its said something wasnt right in test phase. first thing that i thought was, they probably had issues with that stupid oc of cpu. again, if part is not avaible it shouldnt be sold, like 1200w PSU that is grayed out from list of options when i want to select it. if they had done that in first place with this stupid cable, would spare me the hassle. again i disagree with you. this is zero my fault for anything that happend, i was more then patient with em and didnt want to cause any stress to ppl who work there, seams my good intentions are mistaken for me being idiot. thanks.
