Hi guys, first post here.
I was just wondering if anybody else who is waiting for their order has stopped receiving the 5 day email updates? I ordered my laptop at the beginning of January and was getting the updates on time up until I think the 30th Jan when I stopped receiving them altogether. While on the phone to PC Specialist recently I mentioned it to the guy who said they'd been sent, so I suggested changing to another email address. I did, got 2 updates, and those have stopped now too. Oh, and they're definitely not in my junk folder! Has anyone else experienced this? I understand there's a lot going on at the moment but I just thought it was strange to have them suddenly stop like that. Maybe it's some kind of technical fault. It's not the end of the world obviously but it's kind of a bummer to be in the dark about the status of my order, especially with the delays at the moment!
