Hi PCS - can you please cofirm when it is likely that order 373616 will move to build stage (been in pre-production since 10th of January)? Sorry for being impatent.

Thanks,

daryl

Well, you're on the 9th working day so far (inc the 10th), so I suspect soon unless something has been delayed, but for specific information your best bet is to check your order status and see if there's any notes attached or ring up the support line on 0844 499 4000.

It won't be long mate... Mine was in pre-prod from the 4th, went into build yesterday and is now in test, things will progress v. quick once it gets into building. Out of interest what spec did you order as from what i can gather there was a shortage of some Nvidia GTX cards (mine was the 460), but this has been resolved. As Rakk says if you are desperate to know give them a call, I am sure they will be most helpful.

Hey,

Your order is still in the queue to be built and will move into production shortly, probably early next week. January is historically our busiest month of the year and we are doing our best to dispatch orders as quickly as we can without jeopardising quality.

We understand you're eager to get your hands on your new PC and we appreciate your patience with us during this busy period.

I was in the same boat, things are moving along now, don't worry you will get there!!

I would just like to say, you said the same on my thread. I wish to express that it 9-13 days from processing, not pre-production.

Thats why I added an extra day than if I'd said from processing :) - counting whole days only (when I first read yours I didnt realise it was from pre-prod rather than processing).

I have also sent a Nvidia quadro 600 to PC specialist (for cad work) from Amazon to be fitted into the machine. unfortunately, pc specialist did not have this card when ordered and I was advised by call centre to buy from elsewhere and send to them. 2 days later, it was available on configurator; I would have preferred to have given the card money to PC specialist!

I'm sure even the most impatient of us would rather wait an extra day or so rather than push you into any compromise on quality.

A reputation for quality has got to be worth more than a reputation for speed - even to the most impatient gamer. :p

The trouble is that each of us wants you to take the extra 20 mins on our build, just not on all those in the queue in front of it. :)

15 working days later and still in building (been there for 5 days) - Is there a problem?

Thanks,

Daryl
