SSD Website Selection

As I cant find anything about it anywhere I'm assuming that whichever SSD is 1st is the one that OS is installed on, however I'm trying to get a Samsung 9100 pro m.2 along with another SSD which the latter is the one I want OS on and I don't have the option to select the Samsung drive in the second m.2 menu only the first which is making it so that I cannot order my PC as there is no where else to say which drive I want Windows on.

When you submit the user with multiple drives, you'll get asked which you want the OS on, the configurator normally picks the smallest and fastest
