Hello as of earlier today I had problems because I never was sent my power cable but In the mean time I’m using one of my monitors cables to power my pc.

every time I reboot System Preparation Tool3.14 opens how do I stop that it’s not in task manger start up do I need to use it?

basically I just started it up and system preparation tool 3.14 was open is this just a case of them forgetting to close it or should I be worried also I brought a new ssd (I sent it in for upgrades just as a reference) and they installed windows on my new ssd but in my older smaller ssd the files are still ther for it Do you think am I able to clean the ssd without messing up my pc thanks
I also asked for a clean install of os if that helps dose I did ask for all my stuff to be wiped but it wasn’t how would I do a wipe myself

Not sure what has happened there as Sys Prep is what they use to deploy Windows to the machine. As to whether it would require a clean install or not is beyond my knowledge. It's possible things are sluggish because of that. Regarding Bullguard, I would uninstall that whenever the initial issue gets sorted as it is too problematic to be worthwhile...Windows Defender is just as good.
Tbh I was just gonna reset my pc myself and just reinstall all drivers and everything to see if that fixes my problems do you think I should?side note most of my stuff is not working like searching stuff online trying to download I think a clean install might be the thing I need would you know if I am able to wipe all my ssds and my one hdd if I do a reset

Reset won't do what you need, needs to be a clean installation.

When doing this is there a way to clean all my ssds and hdd I know it wipes the one I put it on but can I clean all my storage
The first section is where you want to install windows and will list all your drives and all partitions on each drive.

If you want to wipe every drive just delete every single partition that's listed.

Ok when I delete them will it remove it of the list or just show that it’s got nothing on it

im gonna do this tomorrow it’s abit late would you be able to help me if I get stuck like with the drivers and stuff
For drivers, just run windows update when windows is installed, should find all drivers automatically.

Then manually install GPU drivers from AMD or NVidia.

That's it.

But yes, of course, if you have any problems, just post here and we can talk you through :)

Quick question how do I get my windows 10 home key just in case I need it

There is no key as such, it's tied to the hardware and integrated in the BIOS. It will automatically license when connected to the internet.
Oh I thought you could get the licence key for it just in case it screws up after the new install

No, the key is embedded in the BIOS, not possible to screw up, only if you change the motherboard would it cause issues.

It's not like any previous version of windows where you had a dedicated key.
