Speed or Control mouse mat?

As a pc gamer (mainly fps with some rpg's) which type of mouse mat would be best for me? Speed or Control?

Down to personal play style and preference really but I use Control. Speed mats tend to be slicker and... faster obviously, if you're playing an fps, you don't really want that if you're trying to shoot at someone and you move the mouse a bit and you turn around instead of precision aim!
