Spec for photo editting PC

I'ld be grateful for advice on a PC to be used primarily for processing and storing digital photos (raw an jpeg) using Adobe Lightroom and possibly Photoshop. I'm looking for something that will be reliable and future-proof for at least 5 years. I'ld particularly appreciate advice on choice of motherboard and processor. I'm intending to back-up to external storage media and didn't think RAID configuration necessary (if that makes sense !) Thanks in advance !

The motherboard is fine, any motherboard is fine unless you plan wholesale upgrades later. They don't add anything to performance.

The CPU might be a different story, I would advise an i7 just to get in at the top of the ladder really. An i5 is ample for most photo editing, but if you do some of the beefier editing you can do these days, it may be worth the i7.

Other than that it looks spot on to me.
