Spec for photo editing desktop

Hi,

I have ordered the follwing spec for running mainly Adobe Lightroom 4.2 and some photoshop CS5, with film editing a possible requirement on the horizon. I want lightroom to run really quick! It's slow as a dog on my old pc. Any thoughts on the below spec or how to set the system up would much appreciated.

Cheers

Absolutely no gaming?

Cause the GFX card you've selected is pretty bad. It really stands out as something that totally doesn't match the rest of the computer around it.

No gaming i'm afraid, though i may look into a different card if you think it's not up to it? i know photoshop and lightroom aren't heavy on graphics card demands, it only needs to support open gl. thanks for the heads up.

i've upgraded to a 2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 650 for an extra £36- it's still hardly high end but should be a touch better.
