Spec for DAW (FL Studio/ProTools/Ableton) and some gaming

Hi all, hoping for some guidance on the attached spec please? It'll be mostly used for a Digital Audio Workstation - electronic music and some home recording (guitar, vocals etc). It'll also be used for Minecraft, (my boys dream of having Minecraft RTX, so I figured when I'm buying the rest I may as well get a decent GPU and surprise them!)

Budget for this is €3k exVAT however I'm ok with this coming in a little over the €3k.
If anyone would tweak this in any way, what would you do and why?

Hi mate can you wait a couple of weeks? New hardware is being announced next week with the release date in mid September so now is a really bad time to buy. They'll likely start taking pre orders after the announcement that I would recommend trying to get into because you have a really healthy budget

Ok so with the launch of new Hardware, I've amended my spec considerably

As before, this will be mostly used as my Digital Audio Workstation - electronic/indie music and live recording of guitar, vocals. For this reason I've picked what I believe to be a quiet machine that won't interfere with recording. It'll also be used for Minecraft, (my boys dream of Minecraft RTX, so I figured when I'm buying the rest I may as well get a decent GPU and surprise them!), and some other gaming also - I might be tempted to finally give Cyberpunk a go myself!

Notes/Thoughts
- A Quiet Machine is essential for my home recording, hence picking the Fractal Case
- I specced the Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti as my monitor would be the 2560 x 1440, 75Hhz AOC Model
- I gave a little headroom on the PSU to allow for those pesky Nvidia GPU power spikes
- The Cooler I overspecced, mostly because I keep reading the CPU runs hot
- Went with Windows 10 Prof as some DAW Software isn't fully Win 11 friendly (yet)
- RAM, I'm torn on. Settled with 64GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 5600MHz (4 x 16GB) but unsure here.

Having waited and waited for a long time for this, it's amazing how little patience I have now. Before I pull the trigger please let me know your thoughts guys?

I've spec'd a 1000W PSU in my AMD R7 7700 build. Mainly because of those pesky Nvidia power spikes.
I'm only putting a 2070 super GPU in, to tide me over until next year. I'd like to put either an Nvidia 4060/70 in then, or an AMD equivalent.
Like you, I haven't spec'd a new computer for a long time, so I'm not able to make any further suggestions, I don't have the knowledge. But it looks pretty good to me
