Hi, still looking to replace my ageing PC. I have a budget around £680, and I require the PC to be capable of handling Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. It will never be a Gaming PC. I was thinking of the Skylake Processor I5 , 6500. Is it possible to build a PC with this processor and 16GB RAM with my budget. Thanks in advance
