SoundBlaster Studio not installed

Hi,
I've purchased several laptops in the last year and another one this month. The sound card is '2 channel high def. audio + SoundBlaster Studio'.
I have never received a laptop with SoundBlaster Studio installed. Has anyone received a new laptop with SoundBlaster installed?

I've not myself, but you could check to see if the softare is available to you in your online account on main PCS site? It might be available there to download?
