Small Recommendation

Hi,

Just a small point and whilst it hasn't happened to me I have noticed a few people posting on the forum that their orders are at 12 days + and still in pred production. The general feedback seems to be to call PCS and check as they are probably out of stock for one of the ordered components.

Would it not be a good idea for PCS to contact these people if things are out of stock and offer alternatives if they want or let them know how long the wait might be if they choose to stick with the original spec?

Only a minor thing but I think it would go a long way to increasing an already good level of customer service.

Thanks

P.S - My order is awaiting dispatch!!! WooHOO!

I posted this in the last hour, maybe the company should look at these problems,no one at the company rang or e-mailed me.:On tuesday I was in the 13th day of Pre-Production,following a phone call I was told that their was a delay on the chassis but they should have on in a week.I was then offered a change to a Voyager for £20 which I agreed to but then the problems started. They had to cancel the first order, which I said was ok and then they needed payment again for the Voyager order,I explained that they still had my money for the first unit and asked could they not transfer that money but no joy. They had to transfer the money back to my account, which took 24 hours, and then I could re-order and pay for they new unit.In the last hour I have placed the order for the Voyager with a few changes and again have to go through Pre-production etc.Maybe someone from the company should look into this as I will be waiting 23 days for my unit.:

Remember that the forums are not an official channel for support, although PCS staff members do try and monitor the forums it is often in their free time and they may not have the chance to read all posts.

You'll need to phone them if you want an immediate response or email if you dont mind waiting for a bit (upto 2 days when they are busy)
