Small issues.

Hey guys. So my order arrived yesterday and I have set it up today (Its beautiful) but I have 2 small problems.
So the first one is a technical issue in that my ICUE titan 360 cpu cooler has an LCD screen on it, but it doesnt seem to be coming on? Is this a common issue and can It be easily resolved?
Secondly I ordered a 4 fan Corsair set with a controller, but I cant seem to find a controller lol.
Should I just ring them up?

Thanks for taking the time to read guys :)

The LCD head is just a module, make sure it’s fully on.

Do you mean physically or within iCue?

For both of them are they being registered in iCue?

If it's the RX fan kit you've bought, the spare controller will be in the box of spares you were supplied with...as the Titan cooler has an iCUE LINK controller already (and the physical unit will be in the back of the case somewhere).

If you're talking about controller software, then it's just iCUE from Corsair's website. You can then see what components are being recognised. If the LCD is not showing in there then it's either not clipped in fully or isn't connected to it's USB header for power.

BTW, did you order with or without Windows? If it was without Windows you'll have to reinstall everything yourself anyway, as the test system isn't configured for normal usage.

For the LCD Module, aside from making sure the USB-C connectors are slotted in correctly, what else could I do?
As for the ICUE controller, I mean an actual physical controller. In the image when purchasing my PC there was a little gadget that came with the fan kit, but I cant seem to locate it in the box of doodads that you get or the case. The ICUE program seems to be working fine, I can change colours etc through the program on windows.

Thanks guys

The cap itself, you need to be sure that fully sitting correctly. Power off the PC, remove the cap and replace it firmly.

It’s in the system itself, system comes fully built

Thanks Spyder, it would appear that the LCD screen did infact come loose during transit. I popped it off and slotted it back in and hey presto, its working now. (I had no idea is was a fully separate piece of gear lol)
Thank you guys for taking the time to read and reply to my issues.
Have a good one guys.
