Skyfire or Vortex LE 15.6

Hi guys.

Got an Optimus with a 4700 i7 and a 765m which has been great. Terrible speakers aside its performed well.

Looking to upgrade a little and treat myself.

Torn between the Skyfire III and the Vortex LE. Anyone had experience of both?

I'm interested in fan noise, speakers the screen quality and the chassis quality. Anyone comment on both of these?

Spec wise it'll likely be a 4710 with either a m290x or a 870m

Skyfire III and Vortext LE are both great chassis. The Skyfire has that old school powerhouse look(like Arnie in Terminator) whereas the Vortex is sleek and cool (much like the T1000 in Terminator 2). The Vortex does offer better cooling. The 870m is the better card over the M290x, due to better driver support and slightly overall better performance.

you know any other difference like speakers/lcd panel? does the skyfire have the dynaudio speaker of the gt-60? also noise levels are pretty much the same?
