Does the Skyfire IV sound suck? Was thinking if it does, i'll buy the Asus Xonar U3 USB Soundcard. Also, i already have a Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260, will it be blacklisted like Lenovo does to it's laptops? Reason why i got rid of my Y510P.

I don't think is an issue with the onboard soundcard, it is more to do with the speakers. I have a different chassis and some people are not happy with it. For me it is acceptable. Regarding the wireless card I have no clue, you may want to contact the retailer.

Very rare to find a laptop with good built in speakers, my chassis is ok, nowhere near the quality of even a cheap set of speakers, likely due to the size that the speakers are.

My 14" SkyFire IV has awful speakers. Quiet and tinny.

The rest of the system is pretty nice, though.

Like I said above, very hard to find a laptop with actually decent speakers without going into the £1000's. Even the MacBook Pro speakers suck. I don't know if HP still offer them but their "beats" laptops speakers also sucked.

For a laptop though, I'm happy with mine, I managed to reduce some of the tinny sound with an equalizer giving it a bit more bass and volume is pretty decent, but also can't expect much from a small set of speakers.

I've had many £350-£500 laptops and they all sound better than this.

But it's ok, these will do fine.
