Just over 3 years ago. Been having trouble with very random "No signal to monitor" issues. Tried all the usual tips. It can run for days or weeks just fine, then it can have the problem a couple of times a day. PC doesn't crash, but I have to reboot it to get the monitor back on ,losing data. It nearly went through the window last night when it went off losing 1.5 hours of astrophotography stacking.

Wouldn't it be better just to troubleshoot rather than throwing it out? Kind of defeats the purpose of a custom PC if you're just going to replace it whenever an issue occurs.

This kind of thing is completely normal, you need to get used to issues occurring and finding the root cause to fix it.

I've been troubleshooting since January. It is completely random and intermittent. I've re installed Windows, swapped out monitors, changed leads, tried HDMI, tried Display port, uninstalled apps, I am currently running with an old video card.

So if you've not had any luck, maybe worth asking for help?

You're still in warranty also if it does turn out to be hardware. Crazy just to replace it needlessly.

The warranty has expired. I should have added "asking for help" and "searching for help" as some of my first troubleshooting attempts. Listen, I remember you from last time and you gave me some much appreciated good advice, but I'm not a noobie with PC's, I just don't keep up to date with the latest hardware which is why I thought with an ongoing issue which is not being resolved, I decided to upgrade. I'll just leave it. Thanks for your time.
